The Intention Experiment: Using Your Thoughts to Change Your Life and the World - Lynne McTaggart I read this book as research for a college paper I was writing on positive intention and affirmations in your daily life and it's effects. This was one of the few books I could find that actually provided the scientific research as evidence. Very insightful and extremely interesting even if you're not the type to believe in this type of thought.After reading this book, I continue to keep up with Lynne McTaggart at http://www.theintentionexperiment.com/ where she conducts web-based experiments testing the power of intention.
